After careful review and selection, the Builder / Architect team of Augustine Builders and William Haryslak were selected by Design Homes LLC to handle the largest exclusive territory of premiere coastal properties along the Southern New Jersey Shore. Design Homes Executive Director of Sales (Steve Gables) visited Avalon this past Summer with Regional sales director Timothy East to view first hand the products produced to date by Augustine Builders as well as the design architecture produced by William Haryslak. In the words of these gentlemen what they found was nothing short of "Magnificent" It was immediately clear to the executives of Design Homes that the design capabilities of Mr. Haryslak using modular technology parallels the most complex projects Design Homes LLC has successfully completed at other coastal projects requiring high wind design. After seeing the Architectural capabilities of Mr. Haryslak, the Design Homes executives focused on the houses throughout Avalon and Stone Harbor that Augustine Builders has built over the years.
